Habitat for Humanity breaks ground on three new homes in Croydon

Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for three new Habitat homes in Croydon. The property, once the site of the St. Thomas Aquinas School, is being transformed from a deteriorating vacant building into affordable homes that offer a path to a brighter future for deserving families. Habitat extends a helping hand through its “Almost Home” program, a free financial empowerment course designed to educate applicants on credit enhancement, savings strategies and effective budgeting. A new session of Almost Home will begin in the fall.
