Add in being 8 ½ months pregnant and a pandemic and the stress and anxiety is on a completely different level. Every single day I am so happy that Pete McGuinn was our realtor. He knew exactly what upgrades we should do to our house, so much in fact that it sold after one weekend of showings with 8 offers, 7 of which were over asking! We sold our house but now what? In a market with little inventory, houses selling very fast with bidding wars and offers over asking, how were we going to find a house that we loved within our budget?
