Aston Township to adopt new version of IPMC

The Aston Township Board of Commissioners is scheduled to consider two ordinances to update property maintenance and governance regulations — including adopting the 2021 edition of the International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) in place of the current 2006 edition, and an amendment to the township code establishing committees that align with the board of commissioners’ current committee structure. Copies of the proposed ordinances are available for public review at the township's administrative offices. Commissioners will consider the ordinances on Wednesday, July 15, at 7 p.m. at the Aston Township Municipal Center, 3264 Concord Road.
