Delaware County announced it has fully restored county operations following a recent cybercriminal attack that disrupted government systems, while officials continue investigating the full scope of the breach. County officials said the attackers gained access to the county's network and data stored within it, but the investigation remains ongoing to determine whether sensitive information was compromised. If access to protected data is confirmed, the county said it will provide any required notifications under applicable law.
