Both Pennsylvania and Delaware are among the top 10 states in terms of residents over the age of 65, which means big numbers of people in the Delaware Valley may be entering or thinking about retirement. Pennsylvania has a 10-year strategic plan, called Aging Our Way, that will serve as a roadmap for how the commonwealth will deliver services to seniors. WHYY discussed the large numbers of people in the Delaware Valley who might be entering or thinking about retirement and staying active in the area.
